CEE Green Building Awards

The awards ceremony, which took place in Warsaw at the Marriott Hotel, was preceded by the Occupier & Investment Forum.

Last night saw around 200 real estate professionals attend EuropaProperty‘s inaugural CEE Green Building Awards presentation. The awards venue was packed with representatives from all over the CEE region to applaud the 40 finalists across 10 categories as the prestigious trophies were handed out to loud cheers from winners and their guests.

The awards ceremony, which took place in Warsaw at the Marriott Hotel and witnessed over 40 developments gain recognition for their green credentials, was preceded by the Occupier & Investment Forum, which included discussion panels led by industry leaders involved in the CEE commercial real estate market coupled with insights from some of the top global end-users of commercial space, bankers and investors on the investment market and a discussion on the direction of the sustainable “Green” development sector.

The Green Building Awards presentation featured past, present and future projects, which have been recognized as sustainable developments. The awards, in response to the growing significance of green development in the CEE region from both a development and investment perspective, were designed to highlight and provide recognition to all the projects that have achieved a rating in all forms of green development. The award winners were developers and property owners with properties and projects that have achieved a rating from BREEAM, LEED or an equivalent, or are in the design pre-approved stages.
